Davis of Chesapeake Living Treasures is part of a select
group of 2,000 professional builders nationwide who have
earned the Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) designation,
identifying himself as one of the industry's top
Professionals.
CGBs earn
the building industry's premier professional designation
by successfully completing an intensive series of nine
six-hour courses. The CGB curriculum incorporates
training by leading building industry practitioners and
academics on a range of topics, including business
management, emerging technologies and market trends.
After earning CGB credentials, program graduates are
required to maintain their designation through
completion of an additional six hours of training
annually.
The
National Association of Home Builders is a
Washington-based trade association representing more
than 205,000 members involved in home building,
remodeling, multifamily construction, property
management, subcontracting, design, housing finance,
building product manufacturing and other aspects of
residential and light commercial construction.
